Introduction
Welcome to Santorini SeaBreeze! We’re thrilled to help you experience the beauty of Santorini from the sea. By booking a boat with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone. While we always aim to deliver high-quality service, unforeseen circumstances like mechanical issues or weather conditions may occasionally affect your trip. In such cases, we’ll do our best to accommodate or refund you fairly.
Booking & Briefing
The customer agrees and accepts that:​​

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Briefings take place at 08:30 (morning bookings) and 14:00 (afternoon bookings).

Please arrive on time. If you’re not at the meeting point by 08:45 / 15:15 and haven’t contacted us, we reserve the right to rent the boat to someone else. In this case, your deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations
• By us (due to weather): In case of strong winds or heavy rain, we’ll offer an alternative date or a full refund (minus processing fees).

• By you:

11+ days before the rental: Full refund (minus payment processor fees).

Within 10 days of the rental: No refund.

• All refunds will be issued within 14 days.
Boat Use & Safety

No license is required for boats with engines up to 30hp.

A valid boat license is mandatory for engines above 30hp.

The boat comes fully fueled.

Fuel consumption is charged separately and paid on return.

Renters must be 18 years or older to operate the boat. The boat is insured for third-party damages.

The renter is responsible for the safe use of the vessel and all onboard equipment.

Boats must not operate after sunset, and must not travel more than 3 nautical miles from the coast.

Navigating outside Santorini waters is strictly prohibited.
Responsibilities of the Renter
The renter agrees to:​

​Return the boat in the condition it was received.

Be liable for any damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unreasonable behavior.

Cover extra fees for late return, unless due to mechanical failure.

Inform us in advance if running late—unauthorized late returns will incur charges.

Ensure only the designated hirer operates the vessel.
